I've been thinking a lot about this during the last few weeks. Might be some soon-to-be-30-years-old-crisis.1 What are the lowest effort things I can add to my life to be at the best place possible mentally and physically. 80/20.
I'm currently working on this, and I think I want to blog more about the different pillars I come up with and how I incorporate them.
